We are honored to announce that New Life Community Alliance (NLCA) is a proud recipient of $2.8 million through DeKalb County’s Integrated Community Care Initiative (ICCA). This generous funding will allow us to expand our vital work in providing essential services such as rental and utility assistance, employment resources, and case management to those facing housing insecurity in our community.
This grant is part of DeKalb County’s $13 million investment in local nonprofits, aimed at addressing the housing affordability crisis and providing critical support for families in need. Through this initiative, DeKalb County is committed to ensuring that more residents have access to the resources they need to secure stable housing.
The funding will help us continue our efforts to support households at risk of homelessness, ensuring that they receive the assistance necessary to stay in their homes or find new, affordable housing options. The ICCA provides both rental assistance and case management services to residents facing financial hardships and housing instability.
