The federal SNAP shutdown is leaving thousands of Georgia families scrambling to put food on the table, and New Life Community Alliance is stepping in to help. But we can’t do it without you.
Our Fill the SNAP Gap Relief Fund is underway, and we’re asking for your help stocking our distribution center with what families need most right now.
Here’s our Grocery Wishlist:
- Ground beef*
- Chicken*
- Bread
- PB&J
- Noodles
- Pasta sauce
- Canned vegetables
- Canned fruit
- Canned soup/stews
- Bag of potatoes
- Non-perishable boxed meals (i.e., hamburger helper, mac & cheese, ramen)
Drop-off Details:
Bring your donations to NLCA’s Administration Building, located at 3592 Flat Shoals Road, Decatur, GA. The bins will be available for drop-off Monday – Saturday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
*For perishable items (e.g., ground beef or chicken), please ring the Administration Office doorbell. Our team will store them in the freezer.
