Bringing Healthcare to You: NLCA and Grady Partner for Community Wellness

Healthcare access shouldn’t require a 45-minute trip across town. That’s why New Life Community Alliance (NLCA) is teaming up with Grady Health System to bring primary care directly to our South DeKalb community – no detours, no downtown traffic, and no barriers to care.

Grady’s Mobile Primary Care Unit will now be stationed at NLCA every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, offering trusted, quality healthcare just steps from your front door. For those with insurance, services are covered. And for those without, Grady has programs to help – because your ZIP code shouldn’t determine your health outcome.

Who Benefits?
Our neighbors living in healthcare deserts, especially the uninsured or underinsured, will now have access to:

  • Annual wellness exams
  • Chronic disease management (for conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure)
  • Vaccinations and lab testing
  • Diagnostic screenings
  • Grady’s trusted providers – no appointment downtown necessary

You’ll find the Mobile Unit in the Building 3 parking lot at the corner of Flat Shoals and Pantersville/Fair Lake, right in front of NLCA’s offices. With NLCA providing location access and outreach to the South DeKalb community and clients, and Grady bringing top-tier care, this partnership is already closing critical gaps.

When you’re ready to schedule, call (404) 620-6544 or schedule your appointment online. And if you’re uninsured, don’t worry – Grady works with all patients.
